SOKO Design is the exclusive property development company that provides the design and installation services of Kenny Odart.

Kenny has developed an enviable reputation as one of London’s leading design authorities for redeveloping properties in an exclusive, original fashion.

Specialising in the design of kitchen and bathrooms, Kenny provides a complete service from initial consultation and design, through to the actual implementation of the design utilising his own craftsmanship skills alone.

Background

Prior to forming SOKO Design, Kenny came from an art and design background. A well known artist in his own right, Kenny went on to train at Goldsmiths, gaining one of the highest qualifications possible in the field of Art Therapy.

As the property development market boomed in London, Kenny turned his design and artistic flair to commercial gain. Initially Kenny worked for a number of property development companies, designing complete re-developments and conversions throughout the suburbs of London.

One of the things that became apparent was that there was a great need for reliable, highly skilled, hands on craftsmen. As this demand for high quality installation increased, Kenny spent more and more time on the actual complete installation of his designs.

Therefore in 1999 Kenny formed SOKO Design to provide a vehicle for him to offer a start to finish design and installation service for an ever increasing client list.
